Our recognition from Microsoft was in large part due to the outstanding work we did to prepare channel partners for the sweeping New Commerce Experience (NCE) changes earlier this year. ArrowSphere, our cloud delivery and business management platform, is the foundation that enabled us to help our channel partners make a seamless transition.
Enabling adoption and go-to-market success
We made significant investments in the ArrowSphere platform to bring confidence to channel partners as they began using the new offerings. ArrowSphere was not only one of the first platforms to integrate Azure Plan and Software in CSP in 2019, but we were also ready the initial NCE seat-based launch in October 2021. Enhancements were made to every facet of the life cycle, from procurement and provisioning to billing and ongoing management.
To support channel partners in cascading this change to end customers, we incorporated the NCE functionality into MyCloud Portal, ArrowSphere's white-label, end-customer marketplace.
We further guided NCE adoption by providing GTM support and resources to empower channel partners. From technical support to educational tools, we were ready well in advance of the changes earlier this year.

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based applications, services and devices during the past year. Awards were classified in various categories, with honorees chosen from a set of more than 3,900 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide. The awards are announced annually prior to the company's global partner conference, Microsoft Inspire.
